MUMBAI: Indie music artist Siddrth recently released his original Tamil single ‘Paravaigal’. This song follows the journey of a heartbroken man, so deeply rooted in his love for a woman who, despite the pain he brings her, continues to seek pleasure in her memories, slowly losing his mind. desperate to relive those moments. While the hook of this chorus is almost ecstatic, the lyrics of the verses speak of a polarizing relationship that has caused conflicting emotions.

Speaking about the track, Siddrth said, “Our past remains in our present, taunting us with the ability to relive and experience the song was inspired by the idea of ​​memories existing eternally in a digital world. Born and raised in Singapore, he was exposed to a range of musical cultures from an early age. These include hip-hop, rock, electronic, Indian film music as well as Indian classical music. The creative ideas he had at a young age drew him into music production at the age of 16, choosing production tools like Cubase and Logic and experimenting with different sounds and genres. Thereafter, he was part of two bands, both as lead singer and producer for a few years, before concentrating on writing his own original music. He began writing instrumentals for theater productions and poetry jams, learning production techniques and arranging as a music producer.

In 2020, he decided to embark on the solo artist project of Siddrth, with the vision of bringing together the different cultural and musical influences of Tamil music as well as western pop/hiphop/electronics in a single project. The first original single “Piranthaen” was released in December 2020, which had a good reception in the community and was featured during an interview with a local Tamil radio station.
