Make A Thing gets a new gameplay trailer

Indie developer and publisher Casa Rara has released a new gameplay trailer, giving us a better look at Mini Creator: create an object. The trailer takes about 90 seconds to break down everything about the game and how you’ll do several things. Including how you’ll essentially create certain things from scratch while upgrading other random objects to turn them into other things. You can check out the new trailer below, and you can also check out a free demo of the game until February 28 at the link above.

A hero thing, a monster thing, a robot thing… in mini maker, you can do anything! Use an arsenal of plastic limbs, goofy tools, rainbow stickers, and googly eyes to put together creations, satisfy demanding customers, and laugh at perfectionism. Glue the mannequin limbs to the robot parts. Draw on a smiley face. Apply some adhesive tattoos to finish. Oh, did we mention there is NO undo button? It’s time to chain the blows! Respond to outlandish customer requests any way you can. From six-armed action figures to fancy meals served from a toilet seat, every request is (unfortunately) possible. Explore their world and defeat your ultimate enemies: perfectionism and good taste.

Flying tomatoes, raging hammers, electrifying eels… Fend off your enemies in time or ignore them and see what “statement” they will leave on your precious item. Collect money for your creations and reinvest it in workshop supplies, tools and upgrades. Expand your inventory or risk creating another Venus of Thingy without arms. Test the limits of your relationships by taking on any challenge in 2-player co-op mode. Lower your expectations now: you two are going to do some ugly stuff. Use the built-in video recorder to share your creations with friends, foes and the World Wide Web.
