BTS released a song titled “Run BTS”
Because it’s an anthology album, Evidence has a long list of tracks. All songs on Evidence take three CDs, and each CD includes a new song from the band.
The second CD includes a new song called “Run BTS”. Although not the first single, “Run BTS” quickly became an ARMY favorite song.
Talk with Weverse Magazine, Suga explained what it was like for BTS to make the song “Run BTS.” Suga revealed that the song is named after BTS’s variety show, Run BTSwhich started in 2015.
“It’s a little different emotionally. “Born Singer” got me emotional – there’s a lot of emotion in it. For “Run BTS”, we kept saying that we wanted to try to do a song in our older style, so we chose a title that shares its name with our variety show and reflects who we are – always in running,” Suga said.

“Run BTS” sounds like an old BTS song
SOnically, “Run BTS” feels like it could be on an old BTS album, even though it’s a new song, as it embraces BTS’ past hip-hop sound.
In his interview with Weverse Magazine, Suga explained more about the creation of “Run BTS.”
“All the members have come a long way, and there are times when we’re exhausted, but there are also things we want to do moving forward, so I think we’ve also tried to include those desires. And I really haven’t had many opportunities to show off my rapping skills on our recent albums,” the BTS rapper said.
He continued, “So it made me think about the past, which made me want to write something a little tighter, but the rapping was really hard. (laughs) We recorded it quickly, but it was a long time for me, so I really had to work on it while recording.
